About

About My Clinical Practice

I provide evidence-based, compassionate therapy for individuals seeking support with trauma, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive, and mood-related disorders. My clinical work is grounded in both scientific rigor and genuine human connection. My approach to therapy integrates gold-standard, research-supported treatments with a warm, collaborative style. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify your goals, build a plan that fits your needs, and work at a pace that feels safe and productive.

Specialty Areas

  • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD): Treatment approaches include Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and other trauma-focused, evidence-based interventions grounded in current clinical science.

  • Anxiety Disorders: Including generalized anxiety, panic disorder, social anxiety, and worry. I use CBT, exposure-based strategies, and mindfulness-informed techniques.

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)—the gold standard for OCD treatment.

  • Mood Disorders: Including depression, emotional dysregulation, and stress-related mood concerns, addressed through CBT and ACT

Therapy Approach

A strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation of effective treatment. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My work is:

  • Evidence-based – grounded in the latest psychological research

  • Collaborative – we set goals together and adjust as needed

  • Structured but flexible – guided by effective protocols while personalized to your needs

  • Empowering – focused on helping you build skills, resilience, and long-term well-being

What to Expect

In our sessions, we will:

  • Review your goals and the symptoms or challenges you want to address

  • Build insight into patterns that may be keeping you stuck

  • Learn practical tools to reduce distress and improve functioning

  • Work together toward meaningful, sustainable change

Therapy is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. If you are unsure where to start, that’s okay—we will figure it out together.
